What a merry day,
I was cycling down the bay,
With a hum in my lips,
Which was filled with my spirits,
But suddenly................
Oh! What a sight to see,
Indeed a ghastly scene.
I had a sick feeling,
unknown fear of a strange thing,
I was rooted to the spot,
With a sudden jolt.
That was a forlorn lady,
Who was left to the mystical destiny,
Sprawled on the sand,
Gone into a trans state,
Alas! it was her fate.
Her body was trodded by the galloping bus,
her soul was absorbed into the gulping space.
Her skull was blast open,
And the blood was cast strewn,
Days after that clinching sight,
I was haunted by her pitiable plight,
What a death it was,
What a sight it was!!!
