Is it insolance? or sheer ignorance?

It was a long wait, thankfully I was carrying a couple of magazines and a book with me to occupy myself. I was feeling happy that I did a right thing by bringing books along with me as there couldn't be a much better entertainer than a book. But I was grossly mistaken! How did I ever allow myself to think that way?! Just to prove my point wrong, I had the pleasure to be in the company of three other young ladies, or should I say girls?

One of them looked like she was from Mizoram (MG). She looked at the other girl(G2), and said "You are pretty." G2 (giggles) and replies "Thank you"
MG: You are from this place?
G2: Yeah I am
MG: Oh ok... interesting... you are a native of this place?
G2: No, I am basically from Gujarat (giggles)
MG: Oh! that is why! (and both of them start giggling like they have had a shot of laughing mushrooms.)
G3 to MG: "You are having a Boy friend right?"
MG: (Surprised and blushing like there is no tomorrow) How do you know?!
G3: Simple! You are pretty, and pretty girls do have boy friends!
MG: (Blushes even more) Yeah I do have one, But how do you know??!!
G3: mmmm... Let me guess his name... It starts with A?
MG: (eyes go wide) How the hell do you know???!!!
G3: (giggles) I am good at reading faces and his name ends with SH right?
MG:Wow! you are amazing!
